"This was a stunning property in a stunning area of real, non-touristy Italy. The villa was furnished in a traditional rustic style and was comfortable and well equipped. The outside . area was particularly inviting with lots of space to eat and a pool to die for. My 4 grandchildren, aged between 2 and 6, had to be dragged away from it! "This property fulfilled our expectations. Plenty of space, a well equipped kitchen for cooking, a large swimming pool, and a table tennis table. Walking distance to shops, and restaurants, and many woodland walks in the local area. The barbecue was unusual, and the remote keys for the gate a little unreliable. But overall a great place for a family holiday."

"The "Pink House" is a large welcoming house in San Pietro de Felletto. Surrounded by prosecco vineyards, it is quiet and comfortable. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms so you never feel crowded. The pool provides welcome relief when the weather heats up. The owners are gracious and attentive, and invited us (and some of our guests) to a happy hour in their garden with spritzes, sausages, breads and laughter. "Everything was great! Easy access to Venice through tram (~10min interval, 20-30min ride) and close to the airport. We were very impressed about the upkeeping of the place, clean and charming. Parking was easy right in front of the house on the closed alley. Michela was very kind and beyond helpful, and it's great that she lives nearby (if you need her for any reason). All in all, a great stay!"

Jacopo and family were so kind and went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met and our stay was personalized (a few examples: he decorated with balloons for our daughter's birthday, he provided us with vegetables from the garden, and purchased a toaster when we mentioned we liked toast at breakfast).
