"We loved our stay at this authentic farmhouse ! The family was very , very warm and welcoming and attentive to our needs / questions. If you don’t have a car ( we didn’t ) you need transport and we had a driver / tour one day . We loved the home cooked meals by Barbara and the pre- stocked groceries. It is quite bare bones - don’t expect any paper towels , any extras at all , not even those you might expect past guests have left . There is literally nothing provided so you must purchase ....

"The villa was a beautiful home to send our our time in Tuscany, Italy. We enjoyed having our own bedrooms and baths. We had a special meal cooked by a local chef, Rachel. The kitchen worked well for the cooking, and for our breakfasts. The scenery was just breathtaking, and it is just as pictures in books looked like. We very much enjoyed our stay."

"This house was exactly what we wished for on our first visit to Italy for our 20th year anniversary! The views from the house and the back yard are extraordinary! The heated floors were a very comfortable feature. We didnt use the kitchen for very much cooking but it great for morning coffees and evening drinks and snacks. "We had a fantastic stay at this lovely villa. We were a group of two families with four adults and four kids ages 5 to 13. Cate, the hostess, was extremely attentive and helped us arrange various activities during our stay. She helped us arrange a cooking class at the villa, a bike tour through Chianti region with a private wine tasting, and a chef cooking a Thanksgiving meal for us (we opted for Tuscan - not American food). "In dem schönen Ferienhaus hat man seine Ruhe, da es etwas abgelegen liegt. Der einzige direkte Nachbar ist die Vermieterin. Das Haus hat einen großen Garten mit tollem Pool. Von hier hat man eine tolle Aussicht. Auch die Ausstattung der Küche ist super. Uns hat es hier an nichts gefehlt."

The location is just far enough away from Florence to give it a great Tuscan feel in the middle of a vineyard and olive orchard. I highly recommend this property. "
