"We booked two rooms at the Casa Griunit only to find that the description on the hotels.com Website had been misleading. The Casa Griunit doesn’t offer rooms, each unit is actually an apartment. The apartment would have had sleeping space for four people with a bedroom and a sofabed downstairs, but we wanted two separate rooms for our 5-day stay. Luckily, this was resolved to our complete satisfaction by the owner and hotels.com staff. The apartments each had a lovely, spacious bedroom upstairs...

"Magnificent place! Wonderful location in the middle of a vineyard. Breezy terrace overlooking the Po Valley. The rooms are tastefully furnished and have a lot of charm. The restaurant is also outstanding. Already looking forward to my next trip to Northern Italy... "

"If you want that old feel farm house feel this is the place to go. Bernardo, the host, is very accommodating. We had 10 nights there and would return for another holiday. Lovely grounds and a pool for hot weather. Parking is within the courtyard. "

"At first, it was strange that I was informed that my reservation was canceled, and that the room was different from the room described at the time of reservation. The owner only spoke Italian. However, when I arrived at the room, it was surprisingly comfortable with all the facilities. It was smaller than expected, and we had to use a double bed for 3 people, but overall we were satisfied. The wine they make is very good and worth the trip just for that alone."
