Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Hostel was closed but we still paid
When we arrived the hostel was closed because of the bad Situation in Cuba at this time. The owner helped us to get a room in another hostel which was very nice. But in the end we still paid for the closed hostel as well.
