"Overall the property was everything we had hoped for. We went for a desert race, and we were grateful to have a relaxing place to come home to each evening. Thank you for sharing your home with us, we truly appreciate you. "

"We had a wonderful time, and the location was perfect! There were a few things that we did notice. The garbage instructions appear to be for a different property, so we werent 100% certain where we needed to dispose of that when we checked out. It mentions there is a gate remote, and if you lose it you are charged. However there was no remote. The fridge in the main kitchen was not getting cold, the TV cord in the living room was missing and lastly we did have to disenage the smoke detectors as those were going off, and when we did that we did notice a water leak. Overall it was a great weekend, but there are some items that do need to be looked at. Thank you! "

"Had a great stay at Doc Holiday! Weather was above average so that was a bonus! Perfect spot right on the river, walkable to a couple eating/drinking spots. Rented a pontoon for an afternoon, always a bonus to be able to get out on the water! Place was clean and cozy. Will hopefully book again!"
