"Had a wonderful stay. 3 couples and none had been to Puerto Rico. The place was amazing and the perfect location. Only real issue we had was no water when we arrived, no fault of the condo. We contacted the host, Luis, and he promptly responded and said he would find out. He shortly responded back and had found out it was a water line break in the area and the water dept was working hard to get it fixed. We had water later that evening. "The area was beautiful the location of the apartment was amazing. A lot of rules and regulations. which is expected because it is a residential area. The only drawback is that the apartment needs some updating. Maybe some nightstands in all bedrooms. Etc. Other than that. It is a great place. The owner's communication was GREAT! I do recommend."

"The apartment was great. Absolutely Comfortable, very clean and extremely spacious. The ocean views though wonderful, were not what I had in mind. All equipment, kitchen, washers, dryers and appliances are top notch. The AC unit in LR needs some maintenance. The complex, the safety and communication with the owners were all outstanding. Would definitely go again !!"

"Tough property to review. The condo was beautiful and clean, just as listed; and the overall location and area are great. The host was responsive and clearly cares about creating a beautiful setting in the condo. The grounds, however, are in a state of disrepair. The pool was out of order and completely green with algae. The bathrooms at the pool were out of order. The basketball courts were broken. The tennis courts were broken. Pathway lights were broken. Really a shame that such a great condo...
