"The staff was outstanding, particularly Viviana. You should be aware that this is a tiny hotel, only 6 rooms. And the front desk staff is only available between 9 AM and 6 PM local time. But the bed was comfortable, the heat was plentiful, the shower was modern and hot water was also plentiful. The rooms are not soundproofed, but fortunately the hotel is located on a very small alley, so there wasn't a lot of auto traffic or late night reverlers."

"Everything about the property was good including the staff who are quite helpful. The only item that could be substantially improved is the water pressure on the 5th floor suites. We had two rooms on that floor but the water pressure was so low that the Bidets were completely usable. "

"Very clean, modern and ideal for city break accommodation. No staff on site check in and out done over WhatsApp which makes it difficult if you have questions, and generally how to get in and out of the building. The door handle on our door was missing so we struggled shutting the door everytime we left without having to slam it shut. "

"This is an excellent place to stay. There are always staff at the front desk who are courteous and informative. All receptionists we interacted with spoke English. The rooms are plenty comfortable and clean. The stairs and small elevators are a small challenge for accessibility, but only a few stairs are required to climb to get to the accomodations. "Everything is perfect. Very new hotel. Very clean room. Gym to exercise. Location is very convenient. Breakfast is way beyond expectation. The only thing is their laundry room hour is from 8am to 10pm. It typically take 2 hours for a washer and dryer cycle. When I go at 10:10 pm to get the clothes out from the dryer, the laundry room is already locked. I feel they can easily extend the hours for the laundry room to make it more convenient for the guests. Or maybe don't locked the room if there...

"This place and the owner, Gabriella, were perfect. She was extremely helpful and kind. The building is a cool authentic Roman building in an authentic residential neighborhood, but just a 10 or fifteen minute walk from the Colosseum and the Forum. I walked the whole city from the location, but if you don't want to walk, there is a metro station that will get you anywhere on the corner. "Absolutely beautiful boutique hotel with wonderfully helpful and kind staff, an incredible buffet breakfast (included) and a truly luxury feel! Within 3-6 blocks of some excellent restaurants, close to the train terminal and within 2-5 miles of most major attractions. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others! Made our first trip to Rome very memorable. "

"The property is stunning but Is not completely finished. The host was very nice and responsive. The place was very clean. The showers are extremely small and the basement has issues with dampness. A dehumidifier would help immensely. Otherwise we had a fantastic stay."

"This was an amazing place to stay. Teresa was great and made the arrival easy. She helped with whatever we needed and was super friendly. We really appreciate Gregor reaching out prior to our arrival with plenty of information on local attractions and transportation. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Italy."

Just perfect

"I have seen many bad reviews about this hotel but I can now actually recommend it if you are looking for something outside the city centre, peaceful, convenient. The service is great: quick support (email or in person), kind and helpful. Rooms have all the essentials, also for families. Beds are quite comfy. If you need a crib just request it and it will be there, a good size cot. Good quality shampoo and shower gel. We used the hotel carpark rather than the free one and it's so much easier as it's underground. "

"Lovely hotel ! It’s not in the center of Rome but is close enough to a TrenItalia stop so it is easy to navigate . The only issue I had was that they don’t have self service laundry and the closest restaurants in the area are a bit of walk . Still , I had a very nice stay and the breakfast room was pretty good . "
