"Problems with our A/C that were addressed but it just didn’t seem to help. Great little coffee shop/bakery on property. Lots of construction made area noisy. Portions of hotel not open due to this construction improvements they are doing. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Room cleaning was always late afternoon just about when you are wanting to shower and freshen up for the evening."

"The hotel was nice with an amazing Bay view and pool lounge area. The front desk staff were nice and friendly especially Chris. He had great customer service and very down to earth. The junior suite is a nice size with an amazing view of the bay if you’re on the back side of the hotel. The balcony is also a nice size. There’s a small sofa but no chair(s). The floors could’ve been cleaner and doors needed to be wiped of smudged hand prints. Easy walking access to stores, shops and restaurants up...

"Excellent resort, especially if you're traveling with family! The property is gated, incredibly safe, and very easy (parking, coming and going, etc.). The pool was extremely fun, our toddler never left the splash pad, slide, and playground - all on the ocean! Also included were basketball and mini golf - free popsicles and slushie happy hour were also fun! For food options, it's easy to leave and enjoy Puerto Rican food - there were some great options throughout the area. Will definitely be...
