"I arrived on Sunday early at 10am so long before check-in time which is expected and I was able to leave my baggage in the lobby until my room was ready at 3pm. The hotel staff for the most part were helpful and would answer most things that you have problems with, they try their best to speak English which is very kind (they also make a hell of a latte too). The hotel itself is very clean, safe and secure and the bedrooms had enough space and my bed very comfortable. There was daily cleaning, free courtesy water and apple juice everyday left in my fridge (nice touch) and I was given a room overlooking the old town street. The shower room was spotless and the shower perfect. My only complaint and nothing the hotel could do about this at all (not their fault or control) is the noise outside during the night, it can be very very hard to sleep with all the karokes, noise and buskers and i'm talking sometimes on to 4am very loud. There is also some very shady people trying to get you to go to strip clubs after 8pm outside the hotel in the street, and they can be quite persistent. I opted to not stay for breakfest but did one day have breakfest, i didnt really rate the breakfest, there was no beans, bacon and felt quite limited for the price which was expensive. Overall though i'd recommend this hotel and you won't be disappointed."
