"The place was very clean and a lovely space. One of the bathrooms has a shower that doesn’t drain well so we didn’t use. The main bedroom and areas in the lounge have a number of tiles that have moved/lifted and the cement has raised in between making it very sharp when you stand on these, by accident. It means you could not walk around without shoes on for fear of cutting your feet. The main bed squeaks awfully and when you move or sit down on it, the slightest movement is loud enough to wake you. We didn’t use the pool as this was a little dirty and uninviting. These issues were a shame as the space was great and it had all that you need apart from this. You need a car as there is nothing within walking distance. We had hired a car so not an issue for us. Kitchen was well equipped and very clean. Lounge was lovely and open."

"We recently stayed at this beautiful villa in the charming village of Kiti, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The villa is just a short drive to some nice beaches (MacKenzie - the best of them). The villa itself is super spacious and felt very quiet and private, which was exactly what we were looking for. However, it wasn’t secluded, and we felt completely safe throughout our stay. The lovely pool was a highlight, and it was well-maintained with pool cleaners coming twice during our seven-day stay. Inside, the villa was equipped with everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen and great air conditioning. The management team was very responsive, getting back to us within minutes. The villa is within walking distance of a street with small shops, eating places, convenience stores, pharmacies, and is just a short drive to a larger supermarket. Kiti is also a good base for exploring the area, with lots of lovely things to see in nearby Larnaca, including the beautiful St. Lazarus Church and the picturesque Salt Lake (worth visit at sunset!). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. Highly recommended! "
