"We booked into this property , we were not told in booking that renovation work was being carried out which was very inconvenient. You had to access hotel via underground car park . Air con/heating system in room did not work first night was positively cold despite a spell of good weather a heater was provided . The water for showering was cold/ lukewarm. . "I’ve stayed here a few times and the hotel itself is lovely, but on this occasion my room stank of cigarette smoke for 3 days straight, couldn’t get away from the smell, as an asthmatic I wasn’t happy the hotel let this happen "

"We were greeted very warmly from the start of our visit. The staff was polite and helpful in making suggestions for activities in the area. They helped with our luggage and we were welcomed to our rooms with fresh baked shortbread cookies and prosecco. It was lovely. The cooked to order breakfast that was included in our stay was delicious and fresh and again provided with a courteous level of friendly service and efficiency. "

"Lovely relaxing stay in Redcastle Hotel, food was great though very limited menu chouce in the dinning room. I really enjoyed the sauna, pool etc though it would have been good if hotel residents had of been provided with dressing gowns. Would default stay here again "

"Beautiful location overlooking Lough Swillly. Golf course and beach are 2 minutes away. Loved staying at the house with great facilities and really comfortable beds. Liam is a very accommodating host, always available and checking that we had all that we needed. Highly recommended!"
