"I loved the room we stayed in and the view from front of property! The lights on the trees to the restaurant were magical!!! I felt there were areas where there was trash in bushes and on the grounds that needed to be picked up. Our bathroom had not had a good sweeping and mopping. That’s very important to do. "Hotel and grounds were lovely. Really enjoyed the antebellum charm. However, we were disappointed that there was no coffee maker in the room. One would expect that in a hotel of this quality. After our first night stay, the room was not serviced. We had to ask for fresh towels at 4:00 PM in order to make our New Year's even dinner. After that, the service was fine."
