"Clean with friendly and helpful staff"

"During my stay here, there hasn't been any major discomfort, but one thing that was really challenging as someone staying on a lower floor was the noise from the swimming pool late into the night. It made it very difficult for me to sleep well. However, the location was good, and in fact, it was clean."

"The hotel itself is excellent. The only caveat was that they only serve breakfast from their restaurant. I have some concern on surroundings, quiet but somewhat rundown neighbors. It seems to be safe though, but I hope that the city cleans up the area better for hotels."

"The hotel seemed quite new so all the fittings were of a good standard. This area of the city also seems to be new so the hotel itself is on several of the upper floors of a building. The ground floor seems to be unoccupied. The room was of a moderate size but well decorated. The biggest negative point was that it was a long way from the centre taxi was about 8500won. The area was very quiet but we found a good restaurant over the bridge. "

"따로 2명이 잘수 있는 온돌방과 Queen침대와 Twin 침대 포함 5명이 잘 수 있는 방으로 예약을 했는데 창문을 열자마자 보이는 바다뷰.. 👍👍👍 바다뷰로 값을 다 하는 멋진 숙소였습니다. 따로 인덕션과 싱크도 있고 저는 친구들과 같이 이용했지만 가족들이 함께 가도 좋을 숙소였네요. 다음에 여수에 가도 꼭 다시 이용하고 싶은 숙소 입니다."

"우선, 화장실에 전기코드가 없음, 그런곳은 처음봄, 간단한 조식이 무료라고하여 아침에 이용하였는데 제대로된 커피도 없었고 양도 모자라 나중에온 사람들은 먹지도 못하고 갔습니다. 차라리 조식을 안하느니만 못하는 수준입니다. 저희뿐만 아니라 다른 이용객들도 조식을 보고 당황스러워하였음... 이게뭔가 싶었고 투숙객들 농락하는것같았음... 비추천합니다. 룸에 머리카락도 많았고 제대로 청소가 안된것같습니다. 그렇다고 프로트 데스크 서비스도 좋은것도 아니고 다음에는 전국 브라운 도트 호텔 모두 이용하지 않기로 마음먹었습니다."
