"We had a lovely time at Kiponda, the location is amazing for exploring Stone Town and the staff were so welcoming and helpful. We loved the rooftop view from the restaurant. Breakfast was fine but with limited options. Lovely place, thank you!"

"Comfortable large room, nice shower (separate from the toilet) with plenty of hot water, convenient frig in room for cold drinks. Breakfast was included (although it was a little unclear WHAT the breakfast included). Quiet."

"Poor management and the hotel has no freedom by desk but is operated out of a restaurant that is around the corner. The room is basic a bed and bath. The manager is not around but part of the time but only at the restaurant. No sign at restaurant that there is a hotel and we were the only guests. Would not return. "
