Big house with cute backyard
"This house was way bigger than we had thought which was great. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was clean. The downstairs was good for the teens to be able to hang out and watch movies."

It isn't that difficult to monitor the surroundings and keep things clean. Make sure security doors are closed and put a little sheetrock mudd on the walls where there are holes. I believe uncovered electrical outlets are a safety concern.
