"The morning after we arrived, reconstruction began on the adjoining apartment next door, including power drilling and hammering into the common wall. The noise and vibrations were intolerable and we had to leave the apartment during the four working week days. The owner said he couldn't do anything about it, nor give us a rebate. He implied so we could find alternative lodgings. It was a miserable situation and the owner should have been responsible and banned from VRBO."

"This is an adorable little apartment- sort of a large studio. The deck overlooking the city is lovely- but beware of the mosquitoes. Once we lit a mosquito coil we could use the deck.The apartment is outfitted with every thing you might need including a washing machine, iron, ironing board, etc. The kitchen is simple but you can prepare basic food such as a salad or pasta. "The apartment is on a great place. It is also cute and large enough for 8 people. The management is very friendly and helpful. They also provided nice breakfast boxes. What needs improvement: the kitchen! There was no kitchen towel, no paper towels, no way to use the oven (no pan for it), no big bowl to make salad, for example, no cutting board... we wanted to cook or bake a little and we could not. "Flat is nice and superclean, in the best and most lively square of the city, with the balcony litterally inside the the Galerious Palace and overlooking the see (and the Mount Olympus if you are very very lucky and a bit imaginative). Gregory is amazing, always available and very helpful. Honestly....we couldn't ask for more and at that price is an absolute bargain! If we come back to Thessaloniki we would def try to get this property again. Thanks for everything Gregory!"

"We enjoyed our stay. There are not a lot of amenities provided. For example, hair shampoo or hair conditioner. They only provide shower gel. there is no room safe. Four rooms are in close proximity to the reception desk, resulting in some ambient noise from guest check-ins and staff conversations. Additionally, being located on the ground level, there is some potential for traffic noise. While this did not pose an issue for us, it may be a consideration for other guests. On a positive note,...
