The bedrooms easily accommodate 6 but using a sleeper sofa/rollaway the home can accommodate up to 8 with additional fees. The furnishings and decor are pristine and the house is newly renovated.It is an ideal place for a relaxing vacation in a private setting. Newly installed UV filters provide safe drinking water.

This home has 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms along with an open concept living room, kitchen, and dining area. An entertainer's dream! Enjoys and drinks and snacks at the pass-through Kitchen Window Bar. Perfect for relaxing poolside. The King size master bedroom is located upstairs, which is the entry-level and main floor and has a Tempurpedic Adjustable mattress. Smart TV's in the master bedroom and main floor living area. Extra amenities everywhere including a Sonic Ice Machine and Margarita machine.
Floating stairs bring your downstairs where 2 bedrooms and a living area boast sunsets views as well. The king-size and queen-size bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. A sofa in the downstairs living area has queen size sleeper sofa. Four additional roll-away beds are available if needed (upon approval). Completely remodeled downstairs kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, sink, plus full-size dining room table. Downstairs has its own newly landscaped lawn and garden area. Full sliding windows open to a private furnished balcony with amazing views of Buck Island.
Tropical beauty abounds this property with lush native landscaping. Luxurious outdoor seating throughout the property. High atop Seven Hills allows for incredible views breezes and utterly relaxing opportunities to sip your coffee or enjoy a cocktail as you watch boats sail by.

The property manager/owner is available on site to assist with special requests or needs. The property manager stays in the cottage on site, which faces away from the main house, to protect and respect your privacy. I am available to ensure a great stay and an excellent guest experience and you will not see me unless you need my assistance. I am available for concierge services. Your privacy is of the highest importance, however, there are portions of the pool which fall within the coverage area of a few of these cameras.
Cameras with coverage of Vista Del Mar entrances are located:
- outside the kitchen door which has an obstructed view of a portion of the pool area
- above the front door which has an obstructed view of a portion of the pool area and a
view of the walkway to the front door
- above the downstairs deck which covers the downstairs patio entrance.
- above each of the 2 downstairs exterior doors
Cameras are also located:
- on the host’s residence to cover the parking area
- on the host’s residence to cover her entrance
- on the gazebo to cover the parking area and gated entrance
- outside the primary bedroom to cover the maintenance area
- on the rear of the host’s residence to cover the maintenance areas.
