Newly finished in May 2023, this immaculately presented modern hideout is nestled in a secluded spot just behind historic Christchurch’s vibrant high street and mere minutes from the picturesque Priory and quayside with cafés and restaurants making it the perfect pad for a coastal break.

This glass fronted private annexe offers 1 bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe, 1 bathroom with a spacious shower and an open plan kitchen/living space with Swyft sofa which also converts to a full double bed.

In addition, there’s a flat screen Samsung QLED 50 inch TV, motorised blinds and a dining table for eating or working.

The fully furnished high spec kitchen includes oven, induction hob, fridge freezer, Quooker hot water tap, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and toaster.

Visitors in warmer months can relax on the sun deck to enjoy the afternoon/evening sunshine. For visitors in cooler months the property offers underfloor heating throughout.
