This stylish property is in the heart of the coastal town of Highcliffe-on-Sea, within walking distance of Highcliffe and Avon beaches, Mudeford Quay, and the historic town of Christchurch. The New Forest National Park is also within easy reach where you can explore the numerous walking and cycling routes, taking in the spectacular landscape that the area is renowned for. For restaurants, cafes and shopping, head to the nearby coast or into Christchurch, Castlepoint or Bournemouth, and perhaps take in a show at the popular BIC or Pavilion Theatre.

On entering the detached single-storey property, there is a wide hallway off which contains the three attractive double bedrooms (one en-suite) and a fourth bedroom with full-size bunk beds. Completing the ground floor accommodation is a light filled and impressive open-plan sitting room/kitchen/dining area including an island with bar stools, a contemporary wood burning stove, and a 65" Smart television. Full width bi-folding doors allow the light-filled communal space to fully connect with the attractive garden and outside dining terrace. The well-equipped kitchen has a range cooker with gas hob and electric ovens, a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine. Kittiwake also has a contemporary family bathroom with shower and a separate utility room, complete with washing machine.

This truly is a great holiday house for all the family to come together.

The property has a private in and out driveway so perfect for those wishing to bring their boat or jet ski and up to four cars can be parked with ease.

Lovely property a short walk from a lovely beach
Property is modern and bright with lots of open space to share time with family. Bedrooms are large. Parking on drive is plenty and there is a generous garden with outdoor seating. Highcliffe beach is just a 5 minute walk away which is a lovely large beach, not over crowded with views over to Isle of Wight. Also just a short drive away is the New Forest national park. Bournemouth is only a short drive also if you need facilities of a big town.
