While we went to get message in the hotel and did not lock the door to our room, someone from staff stole our wallet with credit card and money with personal Id card. Very disappointed Tanya is manager in duty. She is very nice got cctv and security to check room but did not find wallet so conclusion is staff stole it. She said to do fir file with police Very bad experience. NO RESPONSIBILITY TAKEN Sorry went to this place . Will have go many headaches to do stop payments while traveling in rest of India trip. Would have to do for process with police"
