"Hotel sytem was down. Waited a long time to check in. Eventually got a room key. Bedside light non functioning. Check was complicate by the fact Hotels.com alpreny only paid the hotel for one of the rooms in spite of having a reciept for payment of both room I had to pay again "

"More traditional Czech hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were OK. Mine was a bit quircky, odd mix of furniture, and had a comfy if not high quality feel. Was up 3 flights of long stairs with no elevator so not for everyone. Breakfast was very basic, but traditional for Czech. Didn't eat in the restaurant. It was basic, friendly, comfy but not high quality. Good location for town."

"Ein schönes Hotel mit viel Potential, tolle Lage, tolle Aussicht. Leider ist es wieder mal so typisch für Tschechien in den Hotels: man ist zwar der zahlende Gast, hat aber immer das Gefühl, man stört das Personal . Man wurde gekonnt ignoriert, nicht gegrüßt... Zum Glück waren Gäste im Haus, die auch zukünftig in großer Runde kommen werden. Da klappte es dann mit einem guten Frühstück und auch im Restaurant wurde man nach 22 Uhr bedient. Dort war das Personal übrigens sehr gut und freundlich....

Lichtverhältnisse über dem Essenstisch könnten z.B. durch eine Stehlampe verbessert werden und die Couch unten könnte ein paar Kissen vertragen. Kleinigkeiten, die das gute Bild abrunden würden ;) "

"Wir haben eine tolle und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung vorgefunden. Mit dem Auto brauchten wir nur 3 Minuten zum Ski- bzw. Rodelhang. Der Supermarkt ist ebenfalls in 3 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Bei schlechtem Wetter könne wir nur das Freizeitbad in Geyer empfehlen (30Min)."
