"My booked house was taken, and instead of it they give to us an ugly apartment looks like warehouse, for price comparable with Sheraton in Bishkek. We urgently looked up for new hotel, in unknown city at night. It was terrible but then we find another hotel and moved out. Owners said that money for booking we payd with Expedia still on hold and they cannot refund and I must call to Expedia. Expedia open ticket and for two days there was no news, but then they said than they cannot refund my money. So I lost more than 400 euro for 4 night. And I’m depressed and wery sad. "

"Nice view on the lake, new rooms with modern designs, clean. Not organized kitchen. Very unfriendly woman receptionist. Just on arrival hot water in shower ended. We were asked to change the room, where shower was better but tap didn't have hot water all the stay. When we arrived to breakfast(8 to 11 am) at 10 am, there were only empty dirty plates, fruits, some veggies and cakes. On our questions we were told that we still can eat what is left. After some arguments they brought some sausages and eggs. Wasn't a nice feeling of begging for food noting that we paid 189$ per 2 nights"
