"Getting in was difficult for me as my phone ate my sim and refused to give it back, so I didn't have a working phone. The code I had initially been given didn't work and I had no means to contact the company until I got a new sim. "After a shaky start at check in and a mix up with our reservation our stay was great. Reception staff very helpful. Close to gondola with access to various slopes. "Superbly located property, a few yards away from the lift with great facilities; garage, ski lockers, pool… we checked in online (which we strongly recommend) via the link the property sent which saved us queueing on arrival Saturday (queue was out the door!) - they will send you a SMS with you room number, go there straight away and your keys and instructions will be on the kitchen table.
