"My stay was excellent. I went to visit my son who is stationed at Kunsan air base. It's walking distance to gate 3. Only problem is gate 3 closes at 1800. But the owners of the property were very nice and helpful. Breakfast and laundry is included with your stay. Amazing "

"I booked a kitchenette room and it had a microwave and cooking hot plate which was very convenient for me to prepare my packed food. "

"The manager and front desk personnel we amazing. There was confusion about breakfast on our last day. Misunderstanding due to language differences. The manager reopened the restaurant so we could grab something to eat before our 3 hour drive back to Seoul and our 20 hour flight home. They brought to our room everything we needed. Iron and ironing board. Ice. And a fan. We were visiting family at Kunsan air base. I would stay here again. Get a rental car. So much easier than public transportation for Americans. "

"After setting the thermostat to lowest setting 22 degrees. Came back to room after normal work day to room at 60 degrees celsius (140 degrees Fahrenheit). Opened a window, set the thermostat again, came back couple of hours later at 30 degrees. Much better but still warm. Window stayed open rest of stay. 0-8 degrees outside January weather. Aside from that great hotel! Loved it."
