This upper floor one-bedroom apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. With its location close to the beach and nearby restaurants, you can enjoy all the perks of the seaside living. The rooftop pool at the Condo provides beautiful views and is an ideal spot to take a dip or relax, and the additional amenities on-site make this an enviable place to call home.
The living room includes a seating sofa and a Smart TV with International channels, kitchen with island and a private balcony with mountain views. Please note, NO SMOKING in the apartment or the balcony.
Behind the glass wall, a bedroom with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Enjoy home-cooked meals or prepare beach snacks with the kitchen that includes a stovetop, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and cookware.
For short stays electric usage of 30 kw/day is included in the price, extra usage will be charged at cost 7 baht per unit. Turn off the ACs and all the lights when you leave.
Daily cleaning service is not included, but can be arranged at an extra fee. Cost is 600 baht and includes linen and towels change. Please book 48 hours in advance. Late check in is available on request free of charge.

Overall impression
The apartments are in great location. There is everything you need around there: cafes l, laundry, shops. 5 mins walk to the beautiful Surin beach. New building with Parking for cars and bikes. The flat is well equipped. Communication was easy. Overall our stay was comfortable and we enjoyed our vacation
