"Our family liked this little stone cottage though we didn’t realize how cramped we would feel. It’s probably a better fit for a couple. The setting on the lake is nice and would probably be fun in the summer. For a rainy fall weekend, there was little to do (no games, puzzles, internet, tv wouldn’t work w/o service, no bikes or fire pit as advertised). We made the best of it but found ourselves bored in the remote location. "

"The location was ideal for our summer family summer, we were looking primarily for something within driving distance to many attractions. Grocery store was a short trip out of town. The AC is not central air, there was one mini split in the living room and fans in the basement and top floor bedrooms. Luckily we stayed during a rainy week, so it was sufficient for our stay. The bedrooms were a little confusing in the listing, there are 2 bedrooms in the basement and open room with a trundle bed....

"We had a great time. The home was clean & space for 8woman was good. It’s was in a great spot close to NorthConway if you want to venture out. The price for the spot was good. The hill walking down to pond was steep. For young kids could be tricky. Wish the outside furniture was a little cleaner to sit on. We also couldn’t find any cleaning products to wipe down anything."

"Outstanding views. Convenient location. Nicely appointed. Spacious enough for 8 adults and 6 children with opportunities for privacy. Excellent game room. Towels more than plentiful. However, odd that there was not enough glassware to go around. Would rate experience A plus but for one serious shortcoming. The fence in front of property is not secure and potentially hazardous for families with young children."

"This is a great little hidden gem in the back woods of NH. This is not within walking distance to any of the pools or arcades in the pictures. It is on a dirt road in the back woods - very quiet! The kitchen is well equipped (kids plates too!). The beds are comfortable. The house was clean (minus one very moldy shower curtain). The biggest issue we had was that the oven/stove was broken. In renting a house, the intent is to cook a few meals in the home. Not having an oven or a stove made this...

"My family, dogs, and I had a peaceful and comfortable stay at Deborah's property. The access to the porch and use of a private hot tub looking into the woods was particularly nice. The home was clean and had the essentials you would need (e.g., basic spices to cook, extra toilet paper, etc.). It is about a third mile from the community center and has six passes guests can use. Though we didn't make use of them on this particular occasion (just went once to see if they had any DVDs we could...

"We have stayed here numerous time. The property owners are so responsive and the communication is always great. The house is clean, a perfect size for a larger family and the hot tub is an added perk. Only downside would be the air conditioning on one side of the house. We will definitely be back again as it’s become a tradition and our reservation and stays are always seamless. "

"This house was perfect size for our growing extended family and the 4 bathrooms were a plus. The grounds were not true to the pictures (there was no view, the deck was not very big and the lawn was partially dirt). The kitchen was nice and big and provided us with all we needed. The driveway was a little tight because we have to park 5 cars but we made it work. Overall was a good experience."
