Fabulous communication before arrival (last minute booking). Hotel arranged a taxi from the airport which was great as arrived late at night. "The 3 night stay went well, staff were excellent, the mealtimes were very good, food was good and well presented, nice dining room and you could dine out on a pleasant terrace. Pool was great, sunbed and parasols could do with a sort out. Rooms were clean but dated. Enjoyed our all inclusive stay. "

"The apartment smelt lovely and the staff on site were very kind. The chef was a bit iffy so I chose not to eat there. The food options were minimal too. My apartment had cockroaches and ants. I wanted to make a cup of tea but when I looked inside the kettles, I was mortified. When it came to checking out, there was no one at reception and the cleaners didn’t know where the receptionist was either. I had to hide my key on the desk and hope she sees it. The sauna was a selling point for me however...

"In a superb location this Hotel offers spacious family rooms and is ideal for a family holiday. Restaurant is quite basic but my only major criticism relates to the evening entertainment which was very poor. Don't stay in a room close to the restaurant unless you want to woken very early by a lot of noise!!"
