"Firstly, there is no front desk at this property. Instead, a man (whose English could use improvement) meets you to explain how to use the keys for entering your room and exiting the building. It’s crucial to fully understand how to exit the building, especially if you’re leaving early in the morning. "We spent two nights in this hotel in early November. Rooms were spacious but very cold! Marble floors, no carpets, bad insulation (single glazed windows) and small radiators which were on for just 14 hours per day - and not in the night (23.00-07.00)! " We had a lovely stay at Casa ENA B&B! This is a jewel of a place sitting on the Viverone lake, a quiet place where one can enjoy many amenities! A pool, a spa room, many games etc. The place seems like new, spotless clean and the view of the Alps breathtaking. We were able to park inside the gate right next to our suite and thoroughly enjoyed the included breakfast. They made us delicious Cappuccinos! The place is run by a family and the few employees consider the owners like family as well....

"The staff are super helpful. Laura and everyone helped me figuring out the buses I needed to take. This made my trip so much easier. Thank you. The hotel is 2 blocks from the main train station and many bus stops that take you everywhere in the city. A few blocks from the Piazza San Carlos and the Egiptian museum. Two short blocks from the Roma corso, the main shopping area. Lots of options for food around. The room and bed were small, but clean and comfortable. I would stay again. "

"Great hotel, we really enjoyed our stay. The only downside was that we booked a junior suite, expecting a room with somewhat of a separation between a sitting and the sleeping area but really it just was a more spacious room, I would probably call it an executive room in another hotel. There were also no special junior suite amenities/welcome as I have seen in other hotels. We wanted to upgrade to a higher room but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked the following night. Other than that the hotel was great - we had nice views onto the alps, the pool was great and breakfast had a really nice selection. I would stay again for my next stay in Turin. "
