"We stayed in this beautiful villa for days- it was peaceful and perfect for a group. We were on iur 30th wedding anniversary trip which included a few weeks in Italy. This villa worked for our large group of family and friends. Nicola was informative and kept in contact with us making sure our stay was good. We took advantage of Lorenzo and his wine tour and dinner services- it was an amazing experience."

"La Rustica is a large, quaint. comfortable villa, wirh a large fenced garden and an above ground pool ( not heated). It has many large rooms with antique decoration. Very characterfull.Comfortable beds with A/C in bed rooms. Lovely covered outdoor seating area where we spent most of our time. But the highlight was Maurizio!! What a gentleman. He made our holiday special and unforgetable. Thank you Maurizio"

"We have loved our stay here. The property was perfect for us. The owners were brilliant, especially Marco who booked restaurants and horse riding for us. The pool with views is amazing and we spent the majority of our stay here. The location is good-close to Florence, Arezzo, Poppi. We wish we could have stayed longer!"

"Santa & Giovanni were wonderful! Anything we needed help with they were always available. Even gave us a ride to the train station! Fresh fruit & vegetables were plentiful! The air conditioners worked very well. It was very hot while we were there for 5 1/2 weeks. The pool was very refreshing. They even cooked for us along with their son & daughters help. We would definitely recommend you staying at this lovely home. It was very private, but the town was only 5 minutes away. "

"This is a stunning property with a stunning view that photos simply cannot do justice to. My only reservation was the very poor directions to find it and some difficulty getting a hot water issue sorted out . The garden is stunningly beautiful and lavender bushes a hive of activity for bees and gorgeous butterflies that did not desturb us in any way even when standing in their midst observing them closely. The villa was ideal for our group and we had a wonderful pizza night with Alessio's mother, Catia! "A wonderful place for a large family gathering in the hills of Tuscany. The view is stupendous and the setting is green and peaceful. Farmhouse feel and close to nature. So much to do in the area from small local Trattoria to Arezzo, Siena and Florence. The hosts, Giuseppe and Marina are friendly and helpful and even set up a Tuscan cooking evening for us. We had 20 family members from 9 months to 91 and all had a great time. Many happy memories."

"Such a beautiful and authentic villa. A setting no less than perfect for a proper stay in the Italian country side. Just a 10-minute walk from Stia and yet fully private. Lucia was the perfect host - always willing and able to help with any questions we had. We've been spending holidays in Italy for near on 20 years, always agri turismo and this place is up there among the very best. Five-star ratings from me are few and far between, but Lucia and her place definitely earns all five stars."

"Our stay at Florence Hills and Resort was great! Service was amazing, all staff was very attentive. Nice pool size and outdoor lounging and seating area to relax after walking around Florence. The suite was comfortable and very clean. We had dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed a great meal. We had the ham and cheese board, the risotto with pears and almonds, and the Fiorentina aka a huge T-bone steak. Can’t forget to mention the astonishing views of the mountains, so calming!"

Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns sehr gute Empfehlungen von sehenswerten in der Nähe geschickt, welche perfekt auf uns gepasst haben.
