I find this unusual as cleaning is normally included in a set room price. If we had stayed at the House Neza for a week the cost spread over that period would be negligible. However we stayed for two nights and left the property in almost pristine condition. Therefore the surcharge seems excessive and in fact increased the substantial enough room price by 25 euros a...

"Savršen apartman za boravak u Kranjskoj Gori, 10 minuta od centra. Uredan i čist. Tiha okolina i vrlo dobra komunikacija s vlasnicom. Preporučam za 3 osobe. Velika zamjerka agenciji VRBO jer je zadržala svoju proviziju bez obzira što je vlasnica apartmana otkazala 2 dana manje od naših uplaćenih 6 dana. "Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und für Wanderungen sehr zentral gelegen. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in der Nähe vorhanden. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Die Küche ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Wir regen an, die schon etwas älteren Matratzen zu erneuern. Auch wäre es schön gewesen, wenn die Wohnung im Herbst etwas geheizt werden könnte. Insgesamt fühlten wir uns aber recht wohl."

"Die Anreiseinfos vom Vermieter waren sehr hilfreich, speziell zum Thema parken. Die Parkplätze waren sehr eng und am Berg, also für einen Flachländer sehr speziell. Die Lage der Wohnung ansonsten war ein super Ausgangspunkt für tolle Wanderungen. In der Wohnung selbst war alles in Ordnung. Es fehlen ein paar liebevolle Details, ein Toaster oder ein Backofen und Haken im Bad. Aber ansonsten war alles gut!"
