"The Green Elephant is stunning. Conveniently located (if you have transport) for getting around Lilongwe but not directly in the middle. The staff are relaxed, friendly and professional and helped every day. They made me special vegetarian options on request, and let me help myself to other foods. The furnishings are top notch. The staff were incredibly rude and incompetent, and the advertised services (room, running hot water, A/C, taxi service) were not made available or were double and triple charged. Inexcusable service"
