Loft in renovated stone house with panoramic terrace

Former 18th century silk factory restored in the center of the small hamlet of Chabanne, near Chirols, Vals Les Bains, Antraigues and Aubenas.

This stone house combines a traditional character and a contemporary aspect in its restoration: old chestnut beams, dressed stone windows, antique furniture but also polished concrete floor, metal staircase, aluminum frames.

The 70 m2 gite can accommodate up to 5 people and consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (140cm) and the other with twin beds (90 cm).

A walk-in shower and a lava stone sink were fitted on the main floor, accessible from the 2 bedrooms.

It includes a pleasant living room with high ceilings, particularly bright thanks to the large picture window overlooking the terrace. It is equipped with a kitchen area and a living room with flat screen TV. Finally, the kitchen, open to the living room, has everything you need for meals: traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher, sink and dishes.

An iron staircase gives access to the gangway with relaxation area (90cm bed) and to the 40 m2 private terrace without any opposite and a breathtaking view of the surrounding valleys. From there you can see the 3 valleys and the Tanargue mountains. The exterior is equipped with a table, lounge chair, electric barbecue, and an old stone sink.

The cottage is close to the rivers: Ardèche, Fontaulière, La Bourge with very nice spots for swimming or even fishing.

Very pleassant with magnificient views
Quiet- on the top of a montain with a very big and pleasant terrasse and in driving distance to many beautilful villages, waterfall, caves and Pont d'Arc. The views are magnificent from the terasse where you can always find a place in the shade. The house and kitchen is very well-equipped with all you need and more. Amélie and her family are wonderful hosts - it is nice to have them nearby in case you need something.The small outside breakfast restaurant is wonderfull serving unsurpassed breakfast with many homemade specialities.

Wir sind in einem kleinen Paradies gelandet! Eine herrliche, friedliche Gegend mit ganz wunderbaren, freundlichen Gastgebern. Uns wurden persönliche Wünsche erfüllt und ein ganz tolles Frühstück mit selbst gebackenem Kuchen und selbst gemachten Brotaufstrichen serviert. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft mit den herzlichen Gastgebern ausdrücklich!

Très bien situé pour découvrir le Sud de l Ardèche avec Vallon Pont d Arc Balazuc mais aussi pour découvrir le plateau ardéchois avec la cascade du Ray Pic et le Gerbier de Jonc. Très beau gîte, très fonctionnel, très propre.

Schönes Haus mit traumhafter Aussicht
Sehr schönes und gemütliches Ferienhaus, unkomplizierte und nette Vermieterin. Landschlaftlich ausgesprochen reizvolle Gegend. Ruhige Lage an den Hängen der Rhone-Alpen. Allerdings ist man bei allen Unternehmungen auf das Auto angewiesen, kein Fahrradparadies. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind relativ schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar (Supermarkt in Lalevade). Wir haben es sehr genossen, in der Vorsaison dagewesen zu sein.
