"The Hotel amenities were superb. The room was clean, and they kept it clean every day. The all inclusive is good, but the variety of food could be better. A massive shout out for Erica and Yolanda from the club kids who entertained our little one the whole time and have great spirit! Thanks for everything girls <3 "

Having been converted from a family friendly place, you have the two huge pools, one exclusively for folks that book a Level room (think VIP within the hotel). "Great views and the staff were super friendly. Did not experience any queuing issues that others have mentioned. Facilities were clean and surrounding areas were serene and relaxing. Food options are plentiful and there’s something for everyone if you have picky eaters. Had a small issue in the room with the AC (normal wear and tear) but was promptly taken care of. Very happy with everything and would highly recommend. "

"I have just returned from a 5 night winter break here. I have travelled extensively but this hotel is up there with some of the best i have stayed in, certainly in Europe. The staff were all extremely polite friendly and professional. The pools and grounds were beautiful, but the town outside tge horel was very limited. "We had a fantastic stay at this H10 hotel, especially as a family with kids. The hotel was super child-friendly, with plenty of activities to keep little ones entertained. The buffet was amazing—great variety and high quality—and the service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay. The only downside was the kids’ club, which lacked a good toy assortment. Some toys were either broken or not very clean, which was disappointing given the hotel’s standard....

"Stayed in a Balibed room, these are located over reception with solar panels on the roof so no view at all of the pool, room was lovely but very disappointing view so wouldn’t pay for one of these rooms again. Also if you put the do not disturb sign on the door the cleaners just ignore it!!! Wasn’t overly impressed with the buffet breakfast either, bacon and eggs were cold every morning. It was a lovely hotel and we probably would stay again but will be more wary of which room we booked."

"We’ve stayed here twice now. It’s an ideal place to stay for a few quiet days of relaxing in the sun by one of the pools. There are beaches not far off, but the hotel is on a hill, so the walk can be hard work in hot weather, although the hotel does offer a shuttle service. "Everything was amazing! I really love our stay here. It would be good to write in the descriptions what is included and what is not, because it is not clear. We had to pay extra for the spa, which was surprising for a spa resort. But everything else was more than wonderful - both the service and the attitude and the quality."

"The hotel is a great place to relax, catch the sun and watch the waves breaking on the rocks. There is not much to see in the vicinity by walking distance but with a car or excursions you can see more. Personally I like to stay in the hotel and the staff are outstanding, very friendly and happy to help."

"We had a delightful time staying in Luca and Lucia's lovely casita. They were excellent hosts very warm and welcoming and accommodating. Perfect location with easy access to beautiful nature and walks as well access to local supermercados within walking distance and the buzzy "downtown" of Valle Gran Rey offering good bakeries, fresh fish at the puerto. Also enjoyed late afternoons swimming in the warm ocean and relaxing on the playa after a long walk.Thank you too to Heike for coordinating. "
