Stonewell Farmhouse is a beautifully renovated luxury Cotswold holiday home which sleeps 16 guests in eight welcoming bedrooms, six ensuites and two generously sized family bathrooms. On the ground floor, a well-equipped country kitchen occupies the heart of the house, leading off to a spacious dining room. The comfortable living room offers stunning countryside views from the ample seating for guests to enjoy whilst nestled in front of the wood burning stove. Tew Farmhouse boasts an abundance of outside space including two furnished outdoor seating areas, a walled private courtyard with hot tub, and side-garden with built in barbecue leading on to the large communal paddock, plenty of room for all the family and up to three dogs. The original stone steps leading into the children's games room in the basement are uneven and steep, the room also has a low beam and restricted head room. A permanent stair gate has been fitted so access to this room can be restricted
The dining/snooker room has an open water well in the floor which is covered with mesh and iron grated. Children and pets should be supervised in this room at all times
Please keep drinks, food & any other items likely to soil the snooker table baize away from the table. Any marks left following your stay will endeavour to be treated, however any professional cleaning fees or baize replacement will be taken from the security deposit
The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk
No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property

Stonewell Farmhouse has a lovely garden and communal paddock for guests to enjoy and it is important to the owners that guests are courteous and considerate towards the neighbouring properties. We politely request that guests do not disturb the neighbours
