"Mickleton has a very place in my heart as its where my grandmother was born and raised and where she met my grandad. They are both laid to rest together in the cemetery up the road. This was my 2nd visit here and i came alone. But i loved staying at this hotel, i felt very welcome and safe being there. I felt really comfortable and all the staff were very attentive. I would highly recommend your hotel and will definetly be staying here again on my next visit which i hope wont be very long. Thank you. "

"Great staff and site, but disappointed that we had to walk to reception to get a card authorised to purchase drinks at the bar in the evening...unnecessarily made things a bit of a faff. Staff were pleasant and welcoming though. Also please note that the parking charges have increased to £15 per night, not the £12.50 advertised. Staff did go out of their way to assist with our birthday celebrations, which were very welcome. Thank you."

"This is our go-to hotel for Cheltenham/Gloucester. Easy to get to, friendly staff, a pool and gym. The food on site is delicious. There are lots of options available, bar, restaurant, room service. Nice seating areas outside and lots of places to sit inside if you want to read or play board games. We use it as a home from home when we are visiting family in the area. Highly recommended."

"This is a great place to stay in Cheltenham. A short walk from most places but far enough away to be peaceful. The staff were all lovely and the room was large and airy. The dark painted walls may bother some people but we got used to it. "
