"We came with a group of 15 in mid November and had a great time, the place is very nice and clean, great TV and internet. Lots of space and couches, chairs. Thought everything went fine. Communication was great, would stay again. Right by st.louis, moonstone for skiers, we all went for a hike. Thanks!"

"Three generation of our family really enjoyed our cottage stay. The cottage was well appionted, the access to the lake was easy for all ages and the outdoor space amazing. We only had one rainy day which took us into Gravenhurst for their great famers market; wonderful straberries and corn! Cara was a very attentive host and was quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definetly recommend Richview to other families."

"We had a wonderful week in this cabin. While indoors might be not the coziest. The backyard is a wonderful place to spend your days. Sitting by the river. Swimming. Kayaking. Make fires at night. Listening to the complete silence. Very nice place to just unwind and read some good books. We had some problems with the toilet/septic tank. But it was all taken care of by the owner very quickly and friendly."

"Eight months after booking, property manager advised that booked dates not available. We changed booking dates accordingly, flights, etc. which was inconvenient. Previous renter were very dirty and disrespectful of property and while I'm sure cleaners did what they could in time allotted, we had to sweep, clean a bathroom and wash some bed sheets. Property is beautifully located and well equipped, with good communication with property manager."

"Excellent location very responsive host. The only thing that was inaccurate in the listing was the total of bedrooms. On the listing it has eight bedrooms and unfortunately, this place only has five bedrooms and one out of the five bedrooms is a child’s room so it won’t sleep two people comfortably.our group was 6 couples and it was hard to deal with bedroom arrangements. The property lacked maintenance overall. Will definitely rent again in the future but only maximum 4 couples. "

"The studio apartment is in a lovely complex - beautiful in the fall with the changing leaves and a nice residential type area to walk around in. It’s close to some nice family activities - tree top trekking, horseback riding and I understand there are skiing options nearby in winter. Quiet with a truly lovely road across the street that I walked down at least three times every day I was there with the dogs - never did see a house - met a nice fellow on a bicycle and two cars, both of which stopped while I leashed the dogs.
