"Our family (ages 1-67) enjoyed a lovely two week stay in this home. It is an older home but has updated bathrooms and appliances and was clean and tidy when we arrived. The house is big enough that our family of 6 adults and two young children had plenty of room to spread out and not feel that we were on top of one another. The real star of star of this property however, is the expansive backyard complete with outdoor seating, dining area, grill, kayaks and lake access. As forewarned, you do...

"The location is good. Close to the beach and grocery store. The swim area access slippery and rocky so I recommend to bring water shoes. The lake is not too busy with motor boats so we were able to catch some fish. The hosts were nice and responsive. Overall nice stay."

"The location was perfect for our Ice Fishing outing. The house has great sleeping accommodations. We found it to be nicely laid out. It was more expensive than we are used to paying over there. "

Great cottage in a private setting with great swimming- shallow sandy-bottomed water for the youngsters, but deep off the dock. However: 1/ the yellow floatie thing on the beach and the blue-topped cabana in the background of the photo of the property don't exist. 2/ lower bunkbed is unusable due to lack of support for the mattress 3/ BBQ is past its prime: works, but on its way out. "We spent a few days during the winter. Michael was great at answering questions and trying to accommodate specific needs. Even provided a Christmas tree and a box of decorations! The house has lots of space for people to ‘spread out’, and we enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and campfire area."
