"My family ( 2 adults and 4 children ranging from 4-8) had a wonderful two week stay. The house is stunning inside and outside. The main floor is very open plan with stunning views of the lake. We enioyed many beautiful sunrises. The outdoor area suited our family really well. The kids enjoyed building sandcastles, swimming and fishing off the dock. Kris was quick to answer any questions we had. I would definitely recommend choosing this home for your vacation. "

"Gary was a great host! Prompt responses to all all my questions. House is spacious and welcoming. Kitchen-well stocked with Dishes/Pots/Pans/Utensils. Beds-Comfortable and lots of them! Only critique is lack of space or a closet in one of the upstairs rooms. Guests used the extra beds to hold luggage but no where to hang anything. If all beds are needed for guests there is no extra room and only 1 small dresser. The property is well laid out. Love the big deck and all the outdoor space and...

"We stayed at the Log House for a family wedding weekend. It served the purpose and was close to the venue. The kitchen was well-stocked for multiple cooks to prepare a family dinner. Everyone enjoyed the outdoor porches and visits from the adorable house cat Grey. We had family members that were allergic to the cat so she politely stayed outside. The owner Floyd was attentive to our messages and needs. Overall it was a good experience."

"The view was perfect and the house was the perfect accommodation for this group. The sprawling lawn was a nice bonus for playing games and getting sun. My suggestion would be to get more rugs for the deck as that deck gets way to hot and put in the ladder for use because it’s hard to get in and out of the river. It was nice that the boat had everything we needed in the kitchen. My only concern was how dusty it was. Overall great spot to go with a large group and friends!"

"I booked our stay for 6 adults and 1 infant so we could have a comfortable experience while traveling to town for a wedding. The house exceeded our expectations! The location was beautiful, there were so many games and activities, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We had an amazing time, and bonded with friends that we don't get to see very often. There is no way that we would have enjoyed ourselves as much at a hotel. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. "
