Located on "Little" Lake Wissota, this unit offers three bedrooms, one bath. In addition, it features an exercise room, full kitchen, living room, patio and upstairs deck for beautiful views. The dock and backyard will also be exclusively yours during your rental!
Bedroom 1: King bed, lakeview, lighted vanity, closet, dresser
Bedroom 2: (2) Queen beds, lighted vanity, luggage racks, dresser
Bedroom 3: Bunk Bed (lower double, upper single), lakeview, and exercise room
Guests have access to kayaks, a paddleboard, and 1 large lilypad float. There is a boat launch nearby and a dock for guests to use. There are several inflatables for kids to use on the water as well. If you choose to bring a boat, let us know so we can provide further instructions! Use of the owner's Lowe SD22.4 (2017 SportDeck 22.4 foot, 175 Mercury), which will be parked on the lift at the home's dock, may also be available for guided tours, sunset cruises, or watersports, on a case by case basis. Please inquire in advance about rental of the boat.
In addition to our beautiful Wisconsin summers, visit Mermaid Bay Getaway during the Autumn season to view the beautiful colors and visit many apple orchards and wineries nearby. Winter is also a wonderful time to visit for great ice fishing, nearby snowmobile trails, and plenty of skiing and snowshoeing opportunities in the area. No matter the season, Mermaid Bay Getaway is sure to impress.
This property is a single family home with the private lower level available as a vacation rental. The lower level has its own separate entrance. For complete privacy, the owners will not occupy the upper level during times when guests are staying. Guests will utilize a private entrance (the door on the right hand side of the home, nearest the garage) and will descend steps to their rental.
Host will be available via phone, email, or text throughout the stay.
Two friendly sister cats, Fifi and Lizzy, live in the upstairs level of the home. Although renters will likely not have interactions with these friendly gals, those with severe allergies should take this into consideration.
All members of the rental party agree to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful of the property and the neighbors. Be a good neighbor who is friendly, courteous, and mindful of noise, especially between the hours of 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
