"This is the best place you can stay. Beautiful surroundings, a good size room, very nicely done, and large bathroom. Hosts were wonderful, the continental breakfast perfect. Really could not expect any better. Note that this is a countryside inn so you either need a car or a local friend to take you around."

"L alloggio è molto comodo per visitare Grado, che dista solo un'ora di distanza. Trieste 1,5 ore. Se ci fossero delle pentole sarebbe ancora meglio, così si potrebbe decidere se mangiare fuori o a casa. "They took our luggage for the day even though we were not checked in .The church bells in the afternoon amasing. We reserved a table for dinner, very wroth it. They happened to have a band playing that night. Very welcoming gang of people. We felt like we were in a family situation . We thought oh no we will hear that band all night, nope slept like a baby . the actual buildin has been updated perfectly ! "

"Der Besitzer der Unterkunft ist sehr zuvorkommend. Beim Check-In hat er uns alles in der Wohnung gezeigt und erklärt. Das Apartment an sich ist sehr sauber und relativ modern gewesen. Bei Bedarf lassen sich Handtücher und Bettwäsche für 15€ pro Aufenthalt und Person ausleihen. Die Lage ist auch super. Die Anlage verfügt über einen Privatstrand der direkt vor dem Haus liegt. "Very nice farm house . It’s far from shops so you have to go into near by beach to get groceries. The rooms are equipped with stove and fridge etc. There was no water provided in fridge , you would have to provide own. The breakfast was nice but at the time we stayed the coffee machine didn’t work and no near by cafe to get a morning coffee. Expedia states check in at 9am we got their approx 930am and room wasn’t ready because check in was actually 10am. Would have been nice if they supplied...
