"We absolutely loved our stay in this wonderful chalet! It was comfortable, spacious and very well equipped + stunning views! And only 5 minutes stroll to the ski slopes & town. Unfortunately we arrived to a chalet that hadn’t been cleaned properly and we were not satisfied with the response from the local agency managing the property or the owners. The carpets, floors, skirting boards etc were all very dusty as though they hadn’t been cleaned for months and many of the pillows and duvets were heavily stained.
