Charming Cottage located on a quiet private lane. A great " in town" location. Perfect for walking or biking to Main Street and Maddox Blvd. activities, shops and eateries. A short drive to the beach and marina areas. This home will pleasantly surprise you ! Offering a large deck, and grill and spacious sun room to relax and enjoy your visit.with this house as well as beach chairs and an umbrella. Please ask about our cancelation policy. 60 day cancellation prior to occupancy date (100% refund minus processing fee , travel insurance and credit card fee's).

Beautiful little cottage will accommodate 2 adult couples comfortably with private sleeping & bathro
The harbor checking stated 2 queen beds, but one was a king. Also misleading weather linnens & towels are included or need to bring your own. Everything else was great!’

Bad air conditioning
This rental included air conditioning in the description. I would not book a rental without it. The air conditioner did not work properly The fan part blew air but it did not cool the house at all. Sleeping was very uncomfortable and made our vacation unpleasant. We made several calls and were told it would be resolved but was not. I definitely do not recommend this rental and suggest Harbor Rentals and VRBO not contract with this owner again. I have used VRBO several times in the past and was always pleased with our vacation homes and their owners.

Nice quiet home for a small group
Nice house for a couple or a small family with young children. Quiet off street location central to most Chincoteague attractions. Everything in the house in very good working new condition. Would use it again with my spouse.

Perfect Getaway
Cattail was the cutest little house with an awesome sunroom addition. Just the right amount of space when bringing your mother in law. EVERYTHING you needed was provided! Perfect!

Cozy cottage!
We loved this home! It was family friendly and very cozy! It was very close to the food trucks and alot of the shops. I would recommend this home to others!

Just Right
The property is well maintained and in process of getting a metal roof. Looks like it was paused for our stay. The amenities were great for our visit. The location is quiet and very convenient to shopping, restaurants, Assateague Island for hiking and bird watching and to the Curtis Merritt Harbor for boat excursions and to Memorial park for kayak launching.
