" EXCELLENT HOTEL. The service/desk was amazing. They catered to all our needs. The bed was sooo comfortable. INCREDIBLE breakfast. The location was in the most active and fun part of Pereria, bustling with people and shops and energy...yet it was very quiet at night. The lady at desk allowed us to keep our luggage at desk until late afternoon while we took a tour. Extremely clean/nice. If you are looking for comfort and don't want to spend a fortune, you will be extremely satisfied. I am a picky person when it comes to hotels and i definitely reccomend this one. It is not brand new, but it is excellent overall :)"

"Middle of nature reserve , beautiful verdant location. Wonderful included breakfast . We had dinner twice at the restaurant , was delicious and flavorful . Staff attentive. New property, some advertised facilities are not available - No spa, airport shuttle as advertised . Rooms were nice size and rustic to go with natural reserve theme .They have some issues with drainage , Bathrooms were smelly , very offputting . Room configuration bit weird - doorway to shower area . No doors to shower , only half glass door with full visibility of shower from room . Other Glass wall of shower faces outer hallway - can easily fix with some curtains. Overall nice , with a few tweaks can be better . "
