Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Close to the central area, everything within walking distance. Only negative is the breakfast runs out of food very quickly, and the pool is a little run down. But great for a city centre stay

Despite no window the room was fine. The toilet has a shower seat which was nice. The breakfast is poor. The staff are not friendly and mind their own business. But the hotel is clean and cheap. Location is excellent, within walking distance to hundreds of Japanese style bars. Recommended.

"It is an iconic hotel. The place is full of history. While the decor is slightly dated but the place is clean and more than acceptable. The staff is very nice and helpful. The location is also excellent, walkable to many main attractions. I would stay there again."
