"The staff is incredible at the front desk. The whole staff was kind the hotel was great. Perfect location if you need to walk downtown, this is a great hotel. My only gripe is that the shower was clogged however that was an easy fix. There’s nothing for me to complain about. Great products in the room for cleaning, shower body lotion, conditioner, more expensive than the cheap stuff you find in most hotels."
