Please read this before booking There is temporary road to the property from chimney rock village,there is NO internet service, Chimney Rock State Park is not open after the hurricane. Best location-close to everything that chimney rock and lake Lure have to offer,all the restaurants and shops,walk distance to the restaurant Esmeralda.
Chimney Rock State Park is our front door neighbor -:)!
3 minutes to Lake Lure beach and chimney rock state park.
30 minutes to Biltmore House in Asheville
25 minutes to Asheville regional airport

This is 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms Single family house with open floor plan,new central AC and heating with ceiling fans in each bedroom.

the views of the mountain and Broad river are incredible from each room and big deck,you can see the famous Hickory nut water falls from windows and porch,big deck with 270 degree views of CHIMNEY ROCK,HICKORY NUT GORGE,it is very quiet ,private and safe.

Hiking in hickory nut trails,Pisgah national forest,visit Waterfalls at Hickory nut falls,DuPont,fishing at lake lure and Broad river,tour SierraNevada,Biltmore Estate,blue Ridge parkway,Flat Rock playhouse,white water rafting,Tryon international equestrian...close all the restaurants and shops,lake Lure beach and town .

you can see the famous Hickory nut water falls from windows and

it is very quiet ,private ,clean and safe,easy access to hwy 64,which hwy 64 is right down the foot hill.
Full kitchen, full size fridge,dishwasher,we provide dishes,plates,blender,silverwares…propane gas grill on the deck,washer and dryer in house.

All IN ONE LEVEL,no stairs !
Master bedroom with attached full bathroom with incredible views,queen size bed,big smart TV,closet.

Second bedroom with attached full bathroom too,queen size bed,closet.

Third bedroom with two single beds,TV,closet,there is third bathroom cross hallway with modern glass shower.
We provide towels,linens and shampoos,TV s are smart TV,you can stream.

3 parking spaces just right in front of house

Pets friendly,but there is a flat fee,$50 for one,$100 for two,please let me know and we prefer pay via PayPal,Zelle or Venmo

We are on the mountains,cool and wet,lots of leaves around house....you may see millipedes on the floor

Convenient Location to Chimney Rock

Definitely an older home in need of repairs and a good cleaning but the setup was nice for 6 adults. The view of Chimney Rock is wonderful. Owners were very responsive and nice.

Fall Break 2021

We really enjoyed our time in Chimney Rock. The house worked well for my family of 5 and our dog. The owner was quick to respond to our questions, the beds were comfortable, the house was clean and had all of the necessities. We did cook most of our meals at the house and there weren’t containers for leftovers. Not a huge problem, but something I didn’t think to bring. Lastly, there was work being done in the bottom unit and you can hear it Upstairs. If you have small kids who will need daytime naps, you might want to double check with the owner to see if the work is done. Overall, we were pleased with the experience and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Mountain feel

The house was very easy to access from the main road. The address was confusing as there is more than 1 property listing with the same address. As a guest, I would recommend clarifying this for future guests so they are not panicked as to what property they are looking for. House had plenty of space, great washing machine and dryer and just down the block from town of Chimney Rock. Views were very pretty!

Chimney Rock

Although an older home, the house is very spacious. The location is excellent. Chimney Rock is visible from various windows and the patio/deck. The Broad River is directly across the street. It provides a nice sound to sleep to.

Enjoyed our stay over the Memorial weekend. House was very comfortable and well equipped. Nice deck area with a beautiful view & sounds of the nearby river. Looking forward to returning in the Fall.

Great Place

This is a great property with amazing views! The location is perfect to be to chimney rock within a minute. The place was very spacious and comfortable for our family of 4 and the views from the deck are spectacular.

Can't judge a book by it's cover

The house was absolutely great. Clean and lots of room. Very well equipped. Towels & lines galore. From the outside I was not expecting much, but once inside we were very pleased. The view was fantastic!
