"The wilderness retreat is fantastic!! comfy beds, large bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and cozy living area. The place was very clean too. We came in to visit family and we were able to accommodate family dinners. The staff are so kind and eager to help in any way. Absolutely loved my stay and will be returning!!"

"We were in town for Thanksgiving and the property and host were great! The house is spacious and so clean. The heat had an issue and so I contacted the host, she got back to me immediately and fixed the heat within the hour. We will definitely stay again when we visit family! "

"We were looking for a place away from city lights to watch the annual Persied meteor shower. This location was perfect, far enough from town so it was dark yet close enough if we needed groceries or a restaurant. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate and it was completely overcast for our entire stay. Though we didn't see any meteors we enjoyed the peace and quiet of this home. "The house was very nice. It is on the edge of a very small town and so is isolated. My wife and I went birding at Swan Lake for our anniversary and spent the night here. The host was super nice and communication was easy. We were very pleased with our stay. If your looking for an out- of- the- way escape, I would highly recommend this house. On a side note, we had dinner at River Bottoms Brewing Company in Carrollton. I highly recommend it as well. "
