"We were looking for a place away from city lights to watch the annual Persied meteor shower. This location was perfect, far enough from town so it was dark yet close enough if we needed groceries or a restaurant. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate and it was completely overcast for our entire stay. Though we didn't see any meteors we enjoyed the peace and quiet of this home. "This house was very clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook a meal. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. I would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone that was going to this area!"

"We traveled to Trenton to celebrate Thanksgiving with family. Having the kitchen available to prep my dishes was great, and having the loft area for my teen boys to "escape" was fun. Weather was too chilly to take advantage of the outdoor amenities. Great communication with owners, too!"

"The wilderness retreat is fantastic!! comfy beds, large bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and cozy living area. The place was very clean too. We came in to visit family and we were able to accommodate family dinners. The staff are so kind and eager to help in any way. Absolutely loved my stay and will be returning!!"
