Ground floor, furnished one bedroom/one bath apartment with kitchen. This apartment is located in a perfect area for somebody who wants to experience downtown Chillicothe. Its a block away from the beautiful Yoctangee Park and two blocks from the heart of downtown.

Safe and comfortable!
As a 72 yr old woman traveling solo, I truly appreciated every aspect of this studio apartment. The grounds were lovely, the apartment was spotless and I felt absolutely safe. I highly recommend staying there!
