"I was able to get a good price through Hotels.com after car trouble. Bernard (?) greeted me and was very friendly and accommodating and Angela the manager had a heart of gold. "Very nice cabins well appointed furnishings and bedding. Quaint and rustic. I stayed in the cabins Friday but since no cabin was available Saturday they did have a tree house... Yes a treehouse... Available on Saturday. I really didn't feel like finding a different place so I took the tree house... But I didn't read the description. I just figured it was the same as the cabin but a treehouse. And I'm leaving 5 stars because they shouldn't pay the price for my hurry to book the room before...

"Spent several nights at home for our anniversary. House was nestled in woods, away from it all and remote, which was just what we needed. Well maintained, clean, and quiet.
