The location of the Hotel is not the best; however, is not far from downtown (around 8 mins driving), Restaurants and shopping places. Personnel of the Hotel very friendly.

Fuimos por un evento deportivo en el que participaba mi hija. Llegamos más temprano de la hora de check in y no quisieron darnos la habitación in poco antes para que la niña pudiera descansar del viaje, a pesar de tener lista la habitación y de que a otros participantes sí se las dieron más temprano. Fue hasta que, ya molesta tuve que pedir por tercera vez que nos hicieran el favor de darnos la habitación, que finalmente accedieron y nos dieron una a un lado del elevador que estaba en reparación. Imposible descansar con los martillazos!

Es un buen hotel, pero le falta mantenimiento. La ventana del cuarto no se podía cerrar/abrir y permanecía atascada. La puerta principal no embonaba bien. Eso si, la cama y el servicio es excelente

El edificio esta bien ubicado, las instalaciones estan limpias y bien señaladas; la unica observacion para mejora es en el area de comedor; que carece de limpieza una vez que se utilizan las mesas; las sillas estan sucias y el area donde se dispensan las bebidas (jugo, leche, etc) no hay personal inspeccionando la limpieza del piso que se mantenga limpio y seco; esto pudiera ocasionar un accidente (caidas o resbalones). en general, esta aceptable.

El hotel esta muy deteriorado y necesita remodelación general. Lo que está muy mal es la limpieza general, el hotel está exageradamente sucio y descuidado. Sin lugar a dudas, no hay supervisión a la limpieza general. Grupo Posadas debería realizar una auditoría a este hotel en todos sus procesos. No vuelvo a hospedarme específicamente en este hotel.
